I Am Not A Doctor

But I do have some really cool friends who are health nuts, and one happens to be a scientist who tests blood for a living. This was a game changer, and we have been lied to long enough!

How I Got Rid of My Plaque Psoriasis and Eczema

It has not come back. And it was a lot easier than you think.

This is the short and simple version; if you want, you can take the time to read the long version, but like me, and after reading almost 1,000 different comments, doctors, and posts, I will get to the point.

Repeat After Me:

Mold is undoubtedly a mold/fungus. Life starts with mold and ends with mold. Mold gets in our blood and lungs and grows. And like in the walls of your home, it is not so easy to get rid of—until now.  Even if you do not see mold, you have been exposed to it.

You have to treat it inside and out. Diets can contribute to the source, but until you get rid of the source, you will continue to have the problem. That is why I was in battle for so many years until I finally gave up, and my entire body was covered from scalp to toe. Living in Florida, it looked like I never left the beach, with skin dander piling up wherever I went. It was so bad I had to clean my glasses 10 times a day from flakes building up on them. I fell to depression, brain fog, arthritis, breathing problems, chalazions in both eyes, purpura, edema, and more. I literally could not walk or sit for 2 months.

I've seen hundreds if not thousands of false information on the internet. I tried them all; regardless, I had to. I was desperate. Diets, creams, steroids and more. Lots more. I came seconds away from booking a trip to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland.

I found ways to ease the pain and itch of psoriasis and eczema until it cleared. I am not a doctor, and I do not claim to be one, so talk with your healthcare professional before trying anything new (pfft).

Step By Step

Simple steps to get better

1. Start taking L-Lysine, 1000 mg's a day. It is super cheap and sold at just about every drugstore around the globe. If you find one that is small let us know. They are relatively large supplements. Hard ones worked better for me than 500mg twice-a-day capsules. I was 150 lbs and 5'11" when I started.  It took about 12 days to stop itching. For the first time in years, I slept all night and lost the back scratchers I had in every room. My Eczema and Psoriasis started to dissipate slowly. To slowly. 3 weeks later I started a mold cleanse and I wish I had started them at the same time. I took L-Lysine for 2-3 months and now I take one maybe twice a week. And it is less than $10.00 a bottle

2. Get on a mold cleanse. I am seeing more and more anti-fungus supplements on the market. Mold/fungus can live in us for a lifetime. There are many types, over 2 million, and only approximately 120,000 have been identified. Have you ever had a nail fungus? My doctor told me to absolutely stay away from prescription antifungus treatments to find one that is natural.

3. Treat it topically. If you are like me and have tried 1000 creams, then I am sure you found one that works, but then it comes back right back, or worse, comes back with a vengeance. Just like any living thing, if you try to destroy it, it comes back fighting. You have to get it from the top and from the inside or you are just spinning your wheels. It is like adding ice to a pot of boiling water. Sure, it stops boiling, but unless you turn the stove off, it will keep happening.  It is time to turn the stove off.

You have to get what's on top, or it will get back in your blood. You have to treat it from within, or it will keep spreading to the top outside to survive. To me, this all made sense. After several dermatologists had told me there was nothing I could do but take prescriptions with very little effect, I almost listened. And I am glad I never gave up.
