Oktas 1 Protocol Simple Steps
Oktas 1 protocol is an easy way to clean up your psoriasis or eczema with just a few simple steps. After 15 doctor attempts, the truth was discovered. I was doing it wrong the entire time. This is how I went from 10 Oktas to 1 Oktas in two months I was 99% clear.
After I learned it was a fungus, I turned to anti-fungus treatments, and the results were better than any prescription shampoo or steroid, hands down, in fact it changed my life.
- 1000mg L-Lysine Daily - I use Natures Bounty and learned brands do matter. I took 1 a day for two months and then changed to maintenance.
- Codeage Full Spectrum Binder - 1 supplement daily for two months. I have not tried other brands, so if you have a mycotoxin cleanse brand you like, try it.
Oktas 1 Topical - this, combined with the other two, stopped my cycle. Oktas 1 is loaded with anti-microbial, anti-bacterial, and anti-fungal ingredients.
Psoriatic Athritis
For immediate help on my psoriatic arthritis:
1. Natures Nutrition Ginger Tumeric with bioperine supplements - (Amazon)
2. Sports Research Collagen Peptides (AMAZON)
3. Glucosamine Chondrotin (AMAZON)
I took ginger tumeric and collagen peptides for 2 months and now take glucosamine Chondroiton periodically. Game changer!! Why are doctors not saying anything? The only thing my rhuematologist offered was shots. It was like buying fruit at a fruit cart, the more I bought in advance the cheaper the shots. I never did get a shot and I am still pain free and walking great.
Pre Oktas 1 Protocol
For temperary relief on my scalp before I learned this protocol, this is what I used prior to leaving the house or getting a hair cut for a year before discovering what I know now:
1. Defense Antifungal Soap -Prior to Oktas 1, my scalp and ears were solid, and it was on the inside of my ears. I started with Defense Antifungal soap. I was using it in my crotch area and it worked very well. I thought maybe it would work on my scalp. So I gave it a go. The smell was not horrible, but it did dry out my hair a bit, but it worked. I used this and ditched the steroids, never using them again.
2. Sphagnum Shampoo - I followed up with Sphagnum psoriasis shampoo. I left the defense on 5 minutes, rinsed, and left the Sphagnum on 5 minutes. I was excited because it was a major difference and fast! I did this twice a week for six-plus months, especially when I needed a haircut or went out.
How I Came Up With The Final Conclusion
I have read hundreds, if not thousands, of different posts, articles, and case studies over ten-plus years and tried almost all of them. I was desperate. And what happened next was absolutely amazing and incredibly easy! People talked big and made it complex, and in my head, I thought it must have had to be as nothing was helping and doctors culd not figure it out. I had tried every cream they could prescribe with steroids, why not try L-lysine?
I had scoured forums, chat rooms, support groups, and more. I even read articles dating from the 1800s that doctors and others uploaded to the Internet. Treatments from the 1800's was insane. I went to public libraries, anything I could get my hands on I read.
Then, I saw a post that everyone had overlooked like it was pointless.
"I took 1000mg of L-Lysine, and a mold cleanse, and mine cleared up".
After that, people posted: "I quit smoking, I quit coffee, I meditated, I sunbathed, I soaked in salt, I did a sun booth, I did the carnivore diet, I did the gluten-free diet, I did the veggie diet, I quit nightshades, I don't eat anything that comes from seeds". It went on and on, overlooking two simple things. L Lysine Benefits and a Mold Cleanse.
At that time, L lysine was $9.98, and mold cleanses did vary. However, I went with Codeage Full Spectrum because it had awesome reviews. The first review said it cleared my psoriasis, so I gave it a go. It was $39.00 for a 3-month supply—$13.00 a month! I had already spent thousands on creams, doctor visits, bath salts, and other products, expensive diets (I tried them all and nothing helped).
I started with L-Lysine first, it took about two weeks and my itch stopped. This was huge! Then my eczema and gutatte started clearing up. Then I started the Codeage and took it two months. The plaque was slower and when I started on Oktas 1 things speeded up. In two months time I was almost 100% clear. I finally had my life back!
It seems way too easy, right? Well it wasn't, it took 15 years to figure it out.
So far, many people have reported back, and all are 100% positive feedback, with the exception of one person who does not have access to the same L lysine - natures bounty. This is why brand name is important.
Below are my actual pictures. When I was going through this, I was not at my worst; this is when it was going away. I was so sick the last thing I even thought about was taking pictures, and I never thought I would be helping others. I'm not religious, but God has a plan for me. And that is what brought you here.
Why it is Extremely Important to Get it Gone Sooner Than Later
Psoriasis is a nasty disease that causes havoc on your entire body. Some people report having lung and breathing issues before seeing outbreaks or before the outbreaks become severe. I was one of them. One thing many doctors did not tell me, and some did, was that psoriasis also causes psoriatic arthritis. When you start looking up arthritis, you will learn that arthritis can cause permanent damage to the joints and can also affect your lungs.
Below are pictures of me when I was clearing up. I was in such bad shape and had never thought of taking pictures until then.
I went to well over ten doctors.
I was officially diagnosed with:
Plaque Psoriasis
Eczema
Guttate
Scalp Psoriasis
Ear (inside and out)
Inverse or Fluxural Psoriasis
Nail Psoriasis
Psoriatic Arthritis
Palmoplantar
The longer I went, the worse it got.
Some damage from psoriasis is irreversible. Mine all started with one small spot years ago, easily controlled until it was not.
Psoriasis can lead to :
- Cancer
- Psoriatic Arthritis
- Lung Damage
- Liver Damage
August 15, 2009 My first Psoriasis Discovery
It was just another regular day. I got out of bed in a great mood, looking forward to another day of great creativity and motivation. I had a cup of coffee and hopped in the shower to find that I had a spot on my scalp about the size of a nickel that was raised and itchy. I shrugged it off, and as the days/years went by, it only got worse.
I was very fortunate to find the greatest dermatologist known to mankind, Dr. William Waidhoffer. He was an old-school dermatologist who sat on the board in Houston, Texas. He was extremely kind and sensitive and spent the time listening to your frustration. I found him after seeing ten-plus dermatologists prior for other scalp and skin issues.
He was extremely affordable and gave me free samples every time I visited. He was a doctor who hated big pharma and was not holding back. He knew how the prescription meds worked and cursed them many times. Over the 20 years I had visited him, he wrote one prescription for me. It was an extremely mild steroid called 1% Hydrochortisol with 1% iodoquinol ( for my groin area and penis, which I used for well over ten years when needed). After he passed, to this day I have not found a more honest dermatologist. Hopefully, I will never need another one.
When he diagnosed me (one of several times), he simply grabbed a pair of tweezers, put a flake on a glass slide, looked under a microscope, and said, "Yep, plaque psoriasis." Later with new doctors, they want to numb you and cut you and then send it to a "lab".
After talking to one customer, I've learned they are now doing a DNA test in the office with a weird device and once again sent it off. In the back of my head they maybe identifying the psoriasis, but also seeing if she is okay to do a biologics shot.
SHOCKING UPDATE 01/06/25 NEW DOCTOR Ways:
I was correct, her doctor called her in to tell her the great news after testing her DNA for psoriasis!
To get the full understanding you need to read the entire story.
Because this person asked me not to use her name or her doctors name we will call her Candice and her Dermatologist Dr. Who. Candice is a person who did the clinical trial and literally took Oktas 1 to her doctor prior to using it. She told her about the simple program and asked Dr. Who if it was okay to use? At this point she had used some steriods Dr. Who prescribed with no effect like clobetisol and making it worse. The last one she used was called Triamcinolone and made her feel like her skin was burning off. Dr. Who looked at the cream hesitently and said, sure any natural cream is fine and L lysine is something we all eat all of the time. It is good for you as well as the Codeage being perfectly fine.
She then strapped a device on her leg and did the DNS test. She was told the DNA would identify what type of psoriasis she had (funny as hell seeing she was prescribing steroids for it not knowing what type it was). I found this extremely odd, but also goes to show you, a steroid usually fixes most rashes - temporarily. Even more odd was how this device looked. She said the test would take several weeks and she would call and let her know.
About a month plus later she called and said she had great news, she asked her to make yet another appointment to come see her. She did and what happens next is nothing short of mind blown.
Story continues below
A DNA test device used to identify what biologics treatment a patient can handle. In this particular case, Candice qualified for all of them. Can you guess which one was recomended?
Story continued
Candice eargerly arrived at the doctors office expecting to know what type of psoriasis she had, but what the doctor did not know, is the Oktas 1 Protocol had cleared Candice up. Candice was very excited to show her the results and it was the first time she did not take the jar of Oktas 1 with her, that she had already shown Dr. Who on previous visits.
Dr. Who was in major denial when she saw Candice was cleared up. I am sure Dr Who was used to so many patients trying so many things that did not work (just like the steroids she prescribed) that the first time she saw Oktas 1, she shrugged it off, thinking in the back of her head, ha, it won't work either.
Well, guess what? It worked, and instead of going, wow! Congrats! Where can I sign up? She put on her gloves and said "Oh Candice, this is a figment of your imagination, Mrs. Candice does this cream even exist? You brought one with you each time until now. Are you that afraid of doing a biological medication that bad that you created a cream in your head? You are an intellegent woman working in law enforcement for over 20 years, surely you know this is a hoax dont you?"
Candice "I'm completely clear! My head, arms, legs, under my breast in my groin area (I’m getting really personal with you) lol, my buttocks, and that really bad spot on my one elbow, etc. etc, was all COMPLETELY clear. But NOW she thinks it’s a hoax or a figment of my imagination or whatever!" Then Dr Who responded, "Does this really exist, Mrs Candice"?
Candice: "OF COURSE IT EXIST!"
Dr. Who: So I assume you left it behind so you would not be embarrassed or afraid of what I would say or do or be proven wrong? Maybe you just made up a concoction that, for some crazy reason, calmed your skin when you came to see me? And now you do not want to do anything that will actually help it!
Dr. Who: Well, so you are going to stick to your story and not use anything I prescribe, and I guarantee there is something in that concoction that you will be allergic to and back up in my office crying because you didn't listen.
Candice: "But it is gone! This was the one time I had wished my husband had come back with me and yelled out to him as I had forgotten the name of Oktas 1 as I was upset! I was speechless!"
So Dr. Who, at a last attempt, just cut Candice off and told her about her DNA results and recommended Tremfya as soon as possible, and said that her insurance would cover it.
Candice told her she would get back to her. After she took several vials of blood and gave her a packet on Tremfya.
Dr. Who said fine, I will see you in a month. But why did she take more blood? What is Dr. Who looking for? What does she already know?
